Refurbished Turbomolecular pumps| All our remanufactured turbo pumps are subjected to a rigorous refurbishment schedule by qualified engineers. Pumps are dynamically evaluated, stripped, cleaned, measured for out of tolerance components. New bearings, lubrication systems, anti-vibration rings and other associated consumables are replaced before the pump is rebuilt and soak tested. Each pump test record is data logged and filed in accordance with ISO9000 procedures. Pumps are warrantied 90 days. |  |

Rotary Pumps- Refurbished - for sale or hire| All refurbished pumps are fully overhauled and tested to specification. The overhaul includes a MINIMUM of the following: Fully stripped, cleaned and inspected for wear; rebuild using new gasket set, pump motor stripped and new bearings fitted ( except some smaller sealed motor pumps), new oil charge ( subject to carrier acceptance), dynamic testing and data logging of inlet pressure against time. 24 hour soak test. Refurbished Diffusion Pumps| Our remanufactured diffusion pumps are subjected to a rigorous refurbishment schedule by qualified engineers. Pumps are dynamically evaluated where possible, and are stripped degreased and cleaned. Water ways are de-scaled. New heaters are fitted and wiring replaced as necessary; all consumables are replaced before the pump is rebuilt, leak checked and tested. Each pump is tested to its designed operating temperature and vacuum specification and the results are data logged and filed in accordance with ISO9000 regulations. Pumps are covered by our 6 month warranty. |
