E306.CO.UK offer a range of real time Multi-Head Quartz Crystal Film Thickness Monitors and Thin Film Deposition Controllers. The controllers are amongst the most cost effective on the market today and are available in a variety of packages. This varies from our most basic stand alone SQM-160 film thickness monitor which is easily integrated into any existing system, to our advanced SQM-242 quartz crystal monitor / controller PCI BUS card. This is fitted to a windows compatible PC and with the addition of our SQS-242 software package is capable of controlling multiple layer deposition as well as dual deposition processes. It also offers full data logging facilities.
