Edwards 306 Coater Servicing, Repair and Upgrading, including standard 306 service contract, one off 306 coater service, on site repair and upgrading.

We offer a comprehensive service schedule for both manual and automatic Edwards 306 coaters. The service schedule for the manual Edwards 306 coater is detailed below. We can not detail a standard service schedule for Edwards auto 306 coaters because their construction and system configuration is so varied. We have to asses each individual system based on its configuration and produce a specific individual service schedule. Based on our experience a typical service cost for an auto 306 coater is £850 + vat including materials.

In addition to standard servicing on manual and auto 306 coaters, our experienced engineers can also carry out on site repairs and upgrades. Please see our upgrades page for the various upgrades available.

If you are looking to replace your old 306 coater, we will gladly take it in part exchange for a brand new Minilab box coater. Please refer to our New System page for details of this very cost effective versatile multi technique thin film deposition system.

We still have available an ex demo manual Minilab 4 pocket thermal evaporator system at a greatly reduced price. Please see our Special Offers page for more details.
