Refurbished Edwards E306 and auto 306 vacuum deposition  coater systems. Multi-technique thin film vacuum deposition systems, incorporating sputtering, e-beam, thermal evaporation, OLED, plasma cleaning and film thickness monitors.

Fully refurbished Edwards 306 and Auto 306 coaters. Refurbished systems can be upgraded to include sputtering, e-beam and thermal evaporation thin film deposition techniques, wafer plasma cleaning, in vacuum wafer heating, thin film monitoring and automated process control.

Our fully refurbished and reconditioned Edwards 306 coaters offer our customers a great deal as there is a fantastic saving to be made versus a totally new system. For the techniques, we can use refurbished Edwards components or our own designed new components. Its all very flexible and designed to fit within our customers budget for what they are trying to achieve.

We are constantly purchasing old 306 coaters and nearly always have a reconditioned coater available. Alternatively our customer can save money by donating their own 306 coater for us to refurbish.

We offer a range of refurbishment options, with costs varying depending on the base unit configuration, varying from a straight refurbishment to the original specification, to a complete minibox box chamber conversion and or fully automatic process control with data logging.

Our upgrade options include Glow discharge, Thermal evaporation, e-beam deposition, sputter deposition, Sample heating / cooling. Thin Film Monitor, custom configurations, motorised shutters etc, but please refer to our E306 Upgrades page for full details of all the available upgrades.

All refurbished systems are supplied with a 6 month return to base warranty. We can also offer training for customers who have never used a 306 coater before.
